AUFFRANCE Catering was a small family business that started in 1996. Hard work and passion paid off when the business eventually grew into one of the top wedding caterers in the country. It became a vital part of almost every important nuptial celebration of the who’s who in society. Unfortunately, in 2011, the then business that brought joy and satisfaction to special occasions sadly ended.
In 2020, as the pandemic settled in. Food and essentials were the only ones that thrived. Thus, the business that was inactive for a decade was revived. This was Sabrina Marasigan’s brilliant idea, the daughter of the former owners of AUFFRANCE.
Taking her cue from the basic need of people to seek nourishment and comfort from good, home-cooked meals, Sabrina found her inspiration. She learned all the recipes of her father, a talent that she did not know she had. With guidance from business woman mom, Nina Ramos, AUFFRANCE GOURMET FOOD delivery was on a roll.
AUFFRANCE celebrates its third year since its revival. The company is headed by a headstrong millennial who levels up as she deems necessary.
Brina re-ignited the business when she took up Culinary and Food Entrepreneurship from Center for Culinary Arts (CCA). Having found her deeper passion, she went on to study Professional Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management Course from International School for Culinary Arts (ISCAHM). Furthermore, in March of this year, this young lady will be Certified International Chef.
